Content/topics:	Whether you are in the process of writing your final thesis (“Abschlussarbeit”) or thinking about how to approach it, this colloquium is designed as a forum to discuss central aspects of it as well as issues that have come up in the process or questions you may have. Meeting every two weeks, we will cover topics that range from finding a proper topic, doing and incorporating your research, building a thesis-based (“thesenbasiertes”) argument, and structuring your final thesis. In addition, depending on the stage of your work, you can present central ideas of your thesis to your fellow students and get feedback for your further progress. Taking part in the course and presenting your thesis project fulfills the requirements of participation in a “Wissenschaftliches Kolloquium” as part of the bachelor exam (“Interdisziplinärer Bachelorstudiengang, flexibles Profil”).
