An advanced ability of students to conceptual analysis will be fostered through their participation in distinctive reconstructions of the meaning and the normative implications of the concept of educational justice. In addition, students’ ability to articulate conceptually their own intuitions about justice in education will be fostered (self-reflective competence). Last but not least students’ hermeneutical competence will be developed.

- Reconstruction of the norms of just schools, universities and other educational
institutions
- Private schools and universities in the light of the concept of educational justice
