Content/topics:
The course is an innovative combination of mediation of theoretical background knowledge, practice and experience using the supply chain simulation „The Fresh Connection“. The topics in detail:
 Basics and decision making in supply chain management
 Supplier Management
 Demand Management
 Capacity and Production Management
 Inventory Management and Planning
 Supply Chain Mapping and component characteristics
 Supply Chain Strategy
 Variables and KPI‘s on strategic and tactical level
 External Collaboration
Recommended prerequisites:
 Basic knowledge in production and logistics as well as inventory management is recommended
