- The interactive intensive course introduces the basics of "Organizational Behavior". "Organizational Behavior" can be defined as the science and practice of understanding, predicting and controlling human behavior in organizations.
- Particularly the topics Communication, Feedback, Perception, Leadership, Team Building and Conflict Management are in the center of this courses interest.

Oral Participation:
The interactive character of the course is highly dependent on student participation. Hence, the degree of oral participation will be considered in the overall performance evaluation. Pure presence does not automatically lead to a good grade. Active participation in discussions will especially be considered in the evaluation process.Post-

Class Paper:
After the course the participants have to write a paper on a relevant topic. Participants choose their topics on their own - in evaluating the paper, special attention is given to the students' reflexivity during the course of writing.

Experience Report:
Students have to hand in a reflection paper on a real life phenomenon they experienced and reflect on the latter based on the content learned in class.

Exam:
The course closes with a 45 minute final exam in which both the relevant readings and class discussions are assessed.

Each participant's performance will be assessed based on the following criteria:
- Oral Participation 20%
- Post-Class Paper 20%
- Experience Report 20%
- Exam 40%
Participants must pass every part of the overall assessment. It is not possible to retake single parts.
