Problem-oriented knowledge of the constitutional foundations, the political, structures and processes of selected government systems. Knowledge of significant methods and theories of comparative political science.
Ability to present content orally and in writing, to analyze and to critically analyze and reflect on various aspects of comparative political science in the context of a group work setting.

course content/topics:

Institutional and political-cultural foundations of the political systems of selected government systems, including the party and association systems as well as the functional logic of political processes.
Methods, questions and theories of comparative political science.
