They gain the ability to use this scholarship in day-to-day business.
After attending the course students will have gained a comprehensive overview of the general ideas of the positive psychology approach as well as how and to which extend positive leadership can be applied in a corporate environment.
course content/topics:
- The class will be introduced to the main facets of PP, a recent field of research, which was created in 2000.
The innovative approaches of PP, especially regarding the field of Human Resource Management will be elucidated and trained in diverse exercises.
Subject areas: Strength-based HRM, Flow-experiences, Employee engagement, Positive emotions, Positive Organizational Behavior, Positive Organizational Scholarship.

Based on the exemplification of theoretical principles, the own application plays a crucial role. As for the subsequent execution of the concepts, the following methods are applied:

The students create a portfolio exercise, which consists of the following, consecutive exercises:
- Concept paper for the panel discussion & holding the panel discussion
- Reflection of results with external consultants / coaches
- Portfolio documentation, from which the learning progress is recognisable and reflected using theoretical basic literature.
